5 Easy Ways to Use Caravel Gourmet's Lemon Sea Salt in Vegetarian Recipes

VERSATILE, TART, AND SUNNY!!

Asparagus with Lemon & Butter.   Prep the asparagus by trimming off the thick ends and rinsing in cold water.   In an iron skillet (or the heaviest one you have with a lid), heat the butter till it starts to bubble, then add the asparagus, and shake the pan to coat it in the butter.   Cover the pan and cook on medium for 3 minutes, checking to make sure it’s not burning. Uncover and cook a few more minutes until the asparagus is bright green, then add Caravel Gourmet's Lemon Sea Salt to taste.

Cucumber Lemon Salad.   Give this one a bit of time and it will reward you.   Chill your cucumbers first, then skin them and slice them into ⅛” discs.   Lightly salt them with Caravel Gourmet's Lemon Sea Salt to taste, and toss.   Let them sit covered in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then drain and toss with rice or white vinegar for a tasty, refreshing treat!

Flash Fried Lemon Green Beans.   Keep the beans crispy and get all of the flavor, too, by quickly flash frying them.   Toss the beans with olive oil and Caravel Gourmet's Lemon Sea Salt to taste, put a bit of olive oil in the pan, then quickly heat the beans in the pan till they turn bright green.

Sauteed Lemon Spinach.   An easy, no-calorie way to add flavor to nutrient-packed spinach is to sprinkle it with a bit of Caravel Gourmet's Lemon Sea Salt to taste while it’s sauteeing in the pan.   Season it to taste, and you can add so much flavor!
Oven Roasted Lemon Sweet Potatoes.   The sweetness of the potatoes and the savory flavor of Caravel Gourmet's Lemon Sea Salt to taste are a perfect match.   Chop the sweet potatoes into 1” chunks and toss with olive oil.   Lay in a shallow roasting pan and bake at 425F for 35 minutes or until crispy, turning once.   Sprinkle with Caravel Gourmet's Lemon Sea Salt to taste and serve.

This salt blends in lemon for a fun, easy-to-use that punches up the flavor of everything from chicken and fish to guacamole and cocktails. There's real rind in the salt, giving it the flavor burst that you crave in every recipe.
