- 8 oz pasta (spaghetti, penne, or your choice)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

Instructions:
- Cook the Pasta: Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving a little pasta water.
- Sauté the Tomatoes: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Toss with Pasta: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the tomatoes, tossing to combine. Season with Basil Sea Salt and a splash of the reserved pasta water to help coat the pasta.
- Finish with Parmesan: Top with grated Parmesan and toss again until everything is well combined.
- Serve: Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
