Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 block firm tofu (cubed)
  • 1 sheet nori seaweed (cut into strips)
  • Miso Sea Salt, for seasoning
  • 2 green onions (sliced)

Instructions:

  1. Simmer the Broth: In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water to a gentle simmer.
  2. Add Miso Paste: Whisk in the miso paste until fully dissolved.
  3. Add Tofu and Seaweed: Gently stir in the cubed tofu and seaweed strips. Let the soup simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Season: Add a pinch of Miso Sea Salt to enhance the flavor. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Ladle the soup into bowls and top with sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
