Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, cashews)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. Roast the Nuts: Spread the seasoned nuts in an even layer on a baking sheet and roast for 10–15 minutes, or until fragrant and golden.
  4. Cool and Serve: Let the roasted nuts cool before serving.
