Rosemary Sea Salted Flatbread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Rosemary Sea Salt, for sprinkling

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Add olive oil and water, stirring to form a dough.
  3. Knead and Roll: Briefly knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, then roll it out into flatbreads of desired size.
  4. Season and Bake: Sprinkle the flatbread with chopped rosemary and a generous amount of Rosemary Sea Salt.
  5. Bake: Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
  6. Serve: Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs.
