Sea Salted Kale Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch kale (stems removed, leaves chopped)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Sea Salt, for seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Kale: Place the chopped kale in a large bowl.
  2. Massage the Kale: Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the kale. Massage the leaves with your hands for 2-3 minutes until they become tender and slightly wilted.
  3. Season: Sprinkle the kale with Sea Salt and toss to combine.
  4. Add Parmesan: Top with grated Parmesan for a flavorful finish.
  5. Serve: Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy immediately.
