Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Medjool dates
  • 1/2 lb bacon (sliced)
  • Smoked Sea Salt, for seasoning

Instructions:

  2. Prepare the Dates: Cut a slit in each date and remove the pit.
  3. Wrap with Bacon: Wrap each date with a slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
  4. Arrange and Season: Place the bacon-wrapped dates on a baking sheet, leaving space between them. Sprinkle with a pinch of Smoked Sea Salt.
  5. Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and golden.
